Description
The C5a receptor also known as complement component 5a receptor 1 (C5AR1) or CD88 (Cluster of Differentiation 88) is a G protein-coupled receptor for C5a. It functions as a complement receptor. C5a receptor modulates inflammatory responses, obesity, development and cancers.
Application Notes
Optimal dilution of the C5a receptor antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Immunogen
Recombinant mouse protein (amino acids H29-D327) was used as the immunogen for the C5a receptor antibody.
Storage
After reconstitution, the C5a receptor antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
