Description
EREG is a member of the epidermal growth factor family. EREG can function as a ligand of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), as well as a ligand of most members of the ERBB (v-erb-b2 oncogene homolog) family of tyrosine-kinase receptors.
Application Notes
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Epiregulin antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Immunogen
A portion of amino acids 137-165 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the Epiregulin antibody.
Storage
Aliquot the Epiregulin antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
