LSP1 / Lymphocyte Specific Protein 1 is an intracellular F-actin bindingprotein. The protein is expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and endothelium and may regulate neutrophil motility, adhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelialmigration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcriptvariants encoding different isoforms.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Lymphocyte Specific Protein 1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 108-134 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the Lymphocyte Specific Protein 1 antibody.
Aliquot the Lymphocyte Specific Protein 1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
