Description
The protein "Probable tRNA (uracil-O(2)-)-methyltransferase," also called "Methyltransferase-like protein 19," encoded by the TRMT44 gene, is a putative tRNA methyltransferase found in the cytoplasm. Defects in this gene may be a cause of partial epilepsy with pericentral spikes (PEPS), but that has not been proven definitively.
Application Notes
Optimal dilution of the TRMT44 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Immunogen
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-S757) was used as the immunogen for the TRMT44 antibody.
Storage
After reconstitution, the TRMT44 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
