CD11b, or Macrophage-1 alpha (MAC-1), is a glycoprotein encoded by the ITGAM gene. It has a role in vascular repair after mechanical arterial injury. It is implicated in various adhesive interactions of monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes as well as in mediating the uptake of complement-coated particles.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts.Titration of the CD11b antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A recombinant human protein corresponding to amino acids N129-E336 was used as the immunogen for the CD11b antibody.
After reconstitution, the CD11b antibody can be stored for up to one month at4oC.For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
