CD70 belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. It is a cytokine that binds to CD27. Plays a role in T-cell activation. Induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells and enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells.

Optimal dilution of the CD70 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

1. This mAb blocks the interaction between CD27 and CD70, and has been shown to inhibit T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells.

The human WM-1 (Waldenstrom s macroglobulinemia) cell line was used as the immunogen for the CD70 antibody.

Store the CD70 antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20oC or colder (without azide).
