FGF 10, Fibroblast growth factor 10, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FGF10 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor(FGF) family. FGF 10 contains 3 exons and spans at least 52.7 kb. By radioactive in situ hybridization, the FGF 10 gene is mapped to 5p13-p12. This protein exhibits mitogenic activity for keratinizing epidermal cells, but essentially no activity for fibroblasts. FGF 10 translocated into urothelial cell nuclei and initiated a signaling cascade that began with the heparin-dependent tyrosine phosphorylation of surface transmembrane receptors.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts.Titration of the FGF10 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
An amino acid sequence from the N-terminus of human FGF10 (DVRWRKLFSFTKYFLK) was used as the immunogen for this FGF10 antibody.
After reconstitution, the FGF10 antibody can be stored for up to one month at4oC.For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
