Molecular chaperone that promotes the maturation, structural maintenance and proper regulation of specific target proteins involved for instance in cell cycle control and signal transduction. Undergoes a functional cycle that is linked to its ATPase activity. This cycle probably induces conformational changes in the client proteins, thereby causing their activation. Interacts dynamically with various co-chaperones that modulate its substrate recognition, ATPase cycle and chaperone function.

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the HSP-90 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

This HSP-90 antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 644-677 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HSP90AA1.

Store at 4oC for up to one month.For long term, aliquot the HSP-90 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
