Description
This gene is a member of the myeloid/lymphoid ormixed-lineage leukemia (MLL) family and encodes a protein with anN-terminal PHD zinc finger and a central SET domain. Overexpressionof the protein inhibits cell cycle progression. Alternatetranscriptional splice variants have been characterized. [providedby RefSeq].
Application Notes
Titration of the MLL5 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Immunogen
A portion of amino acids 93-120 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this MLL5 antibody.
Storage
Aliquot the MLL5 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
