Description
MYD88 (myeloid differentiation primary response 88) is an essential signal transducer in the IL-1R and Toll-like receptor signaling pathways which regulate activation of numerous proinflammatory genes.Activated TLR signaling via MYD88 ultimately leads to IKK activation, IkB degradation and NF-kB mediated signaling.
Application Notes
Provided assay concentrations are suggestions only, MYD88 antibody titration may be required for optimal results.
Immunogen
A recombinant protein fragment from the C-terminal region of MyD88 was used as the immunogen for this antibody.
Storage
Aliquot the MYD88 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
