PDGFRL (Platelet-derived growth factor receptor-like protein) bears significant sequence similarity to the ligand binding domain of platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta. Mutations in the PDGFRL gene, or deletion of a chromosomal segment containing this gene, are associated with sporadic hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal cancers, and non-small cell lung cancers. This suggests PDGFRL may function as a tumor suppressor.
Titration of the PDGFRL antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 328-357 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this PDGFRL antibody.
Aliquot the PDGFRL antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
