Receptor for prostaglandin D2 (PGD2). The activity of this receptor is mainly mediated by G(s) proteins that stimulate adenylate cyclase, resulting in an elevation of intracellular cAMP. The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Prostaglandin D2 Receptor antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 306-348 from human PTGDR was used as the immunogen for the Prostaglandin D2 Receptor antibody.
Aliquot the Prostaglandin D2 Receptorantibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
